Spirited Giving is a horror-themed fundraiser serving as the official kickoff to StokerCon 2024.
It’s a night of author readings, live performances, meet and greets, book signings, all while raising funds for a good cause.
Spirited Giving returns on May 29, 2024, to raise funds for the Library FoundationSD, particularly the youth reading program and the Books Unbanned Initiative.
Join us as we make a lasting positive impact on the community and the youth served by The Library Foundation SD.
Food and Drinks are included with the ticket purchase. However, no alcohol will be served at the event.
USE THE TROLLEY!
The San Diego Central Library's parking gets pretty spendy during home Padres' games (like the one the afternoon of Spirited Giving). So how do you get around paying $60 for parking for the event? Use the San Diego Trolley System!
It will cost you $2.50 for the trip each way.
It is a 48 minute ride each way, so take that into account, but get a group together and ENJOY the ride!
Trolleys arrive every fifteen minutes from 5am to midnight.
To set up a PRONTO account to ride the Trolley CLICK HERE and download the app. Set up an account, add funds to it and you're ready to ride. You can additionally purchase a PRONTO card at the station, but there is an additional fee to do so.
And, of course, you could always use UBER and LYFT as well... but you can't take 25 of your closest friends in those cars with you.
